SunShine - My first blog
Gratitude - will be the perfect thought for my first blog ...
Let me start with the big thing!!!...The first thing in the Origin of Life on Earth! The source of Energy! The brightest of all ! Burning ball of fire - The SUN.
The scientific facts about the Sun are humongous - Unimaginable mass of energy, temperature, distance and so on....Well, all of us studied about these facts.
But, when think of the Sun, I look up on the sky, amidst clouds, all I love about it, is the "Shine" it brings on this world. None of us can imagine a dark world. The Sunshine embraces the world, letting a little flower bloom, a seed to grow, a little worm wriggle and brings origin of new life.
I would like to feel Sunshine as a Light, LOVE can bring in each one's life. Love of any form.... !!!
"Love, whether newly born, or aroused from a deathlike slumber, must always create Sunshine, filling the heart so full of radiance, this it overflows upon the outward world."
To emphasize my idea of a "Sunshine", I started writing about Sun & Sunshine facts.
Coming to the actual Gratitude part, I am thankful to many things in my life. But in this first blog I want to express my gratitude to the most beautiful "Sunshine" of my life.
The Light that embraced me in the form of endless unconditional selfless LOVE.
The Shine that had the patience to penetrate inside the dark cumulus clouds of my mind with a smile.
The Warmth that savours my coldness when I'm hopeless, weak and fearful.
The Beam that directs me in the way of Hope, Health and Happiness.
The Shadow that walks before me, showing me the way to live life, walking with me past through meadows, teaching me to climb the rocky hills and to sustain hardship with confidence.
The Brightness that gives me clarity of life, enriching the beauty within me, surrounds me with loads of positivity.
I am relishing in this Sunshine everyday and want it all around me to make these wonderful changes in me.
Let's read a short story so I can illustrate what kind of small deeds are making so much difference in my present life... am grateful to Sunshine to teach me what is needed in life, than to let me have what I want in life.
It was an autumn day. The wind (me) and the Sun (My Sunshine) had an argument.
The wind boasted "I am stronger than you."
The sun mildly said "No. you are not".
Just then, they saw a traveller wrapped in a blanket was passing by. The wind said, "Whoever separates the blanket from traveller is the stronger. Do you agree?"
The sun replied, "OK. First you try."
The wind started blowing. The traveller wrapped his blanket around him. Wind blew harder. The traveller held his blanket firmer. Wind blew still harder. The traveller held his blanket still tighter. The harder the wind blew the tighter and firmer did the traveller hold his blanket. The wind failed.
It was the Sun's turn. The sun smiled gently at the traveller. The traveller loosened his grip on the blanket. The sun smiled warmly. The traveller felt the warmth and soon took off the blanket.
The sun was declared stronger.
MORAL : Gentle smile can achieve what brutal force can't.
The compassionate SunShine is my Best Friend who can hand hold me in the walks of life, is my Lover who can make me smile and the one i can rely upon. He is the one force who can make me Laugh from the bottom of my heart....
A light wind swept over the corn, and all nature laughed in the sunshine - This blissful feeling exactly explains how his presence comforts, makes me content & COMPLETE.
I am thankful to you, my SunShine' !!! All this while I was talking & thanking my husband Ravi (meaning SUN).
